The year-end decision is the highest-stakes moment in your school calendar. ReportWise keeps the system's recommendation separate from the human decision, and records both.
The system recommends. A person decides.
ReportWise computes each student's eligibility from their scores. The teacher can override it, and the override is what gets recorded as the final call.
Stale decisions are flagged
If a student's scores change after a decision was made, that decision is marked stale so it gets reviewed instead of quietly standing.
One session rollover for the admin
Preview exactly what will happen, then run it: promoted students move up, repeaters stay, and graduating SSS3 students are archived as alumni records.

Each school gets its own isolated database schema. It is not shared tables with a school filter, so other schools' users cannot view your records.

Promotion recommendations are computed, but the teacher's override is always the recorded decision.

Is this hard to set up?+
Our team provisions your school manually, which takes about 48 hours after you request access. You then configure your grading rules. During the trial you add students individually; validated bulk CSV import is available once you move to a paid plan.
How long is the free trial, and how do I start?+
The free trial lasts 100 days, and trial schools can hold up to 75 students. There is no self-serve signup: request access, and we email you your school's login details once we've set it up.
Can we trust you with our data?+
Your school gets its own isolated database schema, so other schools' users cannot view your records.
What if the system gets a promotion wrong?+
The system only gives a computed recommendation. The teacher can always override it, and their decision is the final recorded call. If scores change after a decision, it is flagged for review.
Do parents and students get logins?+
Students get a read-only portal where they can see their results and download their PDF report cards. Parents receive the school's branded PDF report cards. We plan to add more ways for schools to share information, such as announcements and newsletters, but they are not available yet.
What does it cost?+
Pricing is per student, per session: ₦500 (ReportWise Basic, up to 150 students), ₦400 (ReportWise, 150–500), or ₦300 (ReportWise Pro, 500–1,000). Larger groups can request ReportWise Enterprise pricing. There is no online checkout; we arrange billing with you directly.
